Kearns & Sons Building Contractors is located in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in Hamilton, Montana. Our team approach to building includes our staff, the designers and the homeowner. We bring the perfect blend of ability and administration to the project, resulting in a finely crafted home.

Kearns & Sons is licensed and insured with the state of Montana. We are also members of the National Association of Home Builders and the local Bitterroot Building Association. We are active participants in the Bitterroot Tour of Homes and in the local community.

Kearns & Sons employs a complete staff both in the field and in the office. We employ a superintendent, carpenter foreman, journeyman carpenters, skilled log workers and laborers. Every one of them is essential to the success of Kearns & Sons, and their tasks are essential to the quality of homes we build

Kent C. Kearns is the president and owner of Kearns & Sons. Kent has been building homes for over 25 years, and has been a self-employed contractor in the Bitterroot Valley for over 16 years. Kent spends a lot of time on the jobsite, assuring the owner that they receive the highest quality home. Kent strives to meet all of the owner�s needs and expectations.
Cheryl Tintzman is the vice president and fills the office manager and personnel manager positions. She has 12 years banking experience and many years of buying and selling real estate on a personal level with her husband Steve. With her husband being a Bitterroot native, she is very familiar with the valley and its wonderful people.
Kearns & Sons has a working relationship with well over a hundred sub-contractors and suppliers. These relationships allow us to know the skill, timeliness, and knowledge of every person working on all of our projects.
